The shipping costs for shipments within the Netherlands (NLD) are € 4.95. For all other countries you can find the shipping costs in the table below.

Unfortunately this is not possible, because we have our own official shop. Because of this, we do not appoint new webshop dealers.

3. Dealers
Please send an e-mail to support@pipstudio.com containing the following information:
- Which collection (s) are you looking for?
- In what city / region (please specify with zip code)?
Unfortunately, we have no information on the stock quantities of our dealers and can therefore not guarantee this collection is actually still in stock. We recommend you to contact the retailer yourself, especially before you plan a trip to that specific retailer.
4. Returns and exchanges
Right of withdrawal
You have an inspection period of 7 days afor all your purchases, during which you have the right to withdraw item(s). This means you can return the item(s). Please contact us within 7 days of your purchase by sending an email to support@pipstudio.com. After our approval, you can send us the item(s). This can be done by using the return label (download). When we have received and processed the return, we will notify you by email.
Refunds - if any - will be made within 30 days.
It is possible to return your order within 60 days of receipt.
Returns with cash on delivery won't be accepted.

4.2. Returns within 7 days
- We will refund EUR 2.50 of your shipping costs. If you do wish exchange items, the amount (total of all returned items) will be refunded.
- Exchanges can also be done, please see below.
- We strongly recommend you to return the parcel with a so-called "track and trace number", otherwise shipment is at your own risk.
4.3. Returns after 7 days
- Unfortunately, we cannot refund your shipping costs.
- If you do not wish to receive exchange items, the amount (total of all returned items) will be refunded.
- We strongly recommend you to return the parcel with a so-called "track and trace number", otherwise shipment is at your own risk.
- It is possible to return your order within 60 days of receipt.
4.4. Exchanges within 7 days
- We will refund EUR 2.50 of the shipping costs of your previous order.
- Since you have indicated you wish to receive exchange items, we will charge shipping costs for the items we will send you in exchange. Please pay these shipping costs in advance on our bank account 62.97.49.507 (ABN AMRO bank) and please mention your old order number.
- If the total value of your previous order exceeds the total value of your new order, we will give you a refund. Please understand shipping costs and orders are treated seperately.
- We strongly recommend you to return the parcel with a so-called "track and trace number", otherwise shipment is at your own risk.
4.5. Exchanges after 7 days
- Since you have indicated you wish to receive exchange items, we will charge shipping costs for the items we will send you in exchange. Please pay these shipping costs in advance on our bank account 62.97.49.507 (ABN AMRO Bank) and please mention your old order number.

4.6. Exchanging a bathrobe for a different size
When the exchange has been reported to us by email within 7 days of receiving your bathrobe
- We will refund EUR 2.50 of the shipping costs and will not charge you new shipping costs.
- We strongly recommend you to return the parcel with a so-called "track and trace number", otherwise shipment is at your own risk.
When the exchange has been reported to us by email after 7 days of receiving your bathrobe
- We will not refund the shipping costs.
- After receiving your exchange, we will notify you by email. You have indicated you would like to exchange (part of) your order for another size. We will charge shipping costs, which can be transferred to our bank account number: 62.97.49.507 (ABN AMRO Bank). Please indicate your old order number for reference purposes.
- We strongly recommend you to return the parcel with a so-called "track and trace number", otherwise shipment is at your own risk.
4.7. Returns received by wrong / broken article
- You should check the items for the right size and colour before using and / or washing them. Used and / or washed items can unfortunately not be returned.
- It is possible that an article shrinks 2-4% after washing (textiles). If an article should accidentally not fit because we have sent you the wrong size, please see below.
- When a wrong or damaged article has been received by you, please notify us within seven days. This can be done by email to support@pipstudio.com or call +31-343-475598.
- You pay the shipping costs for the return, but we will refund them when we have processed your return.
- We will replace any item whith a production error (i.e. a bug of a discoloration) free of charge.
- We strongly recommend you to return the parcel with a so-called "track and trace number", otherwise shipment is at your own risk.
5. Dimensions
Articles have different dimensions, which can be found on the article page.
6. Are my ordered items in stock?
- All articles in our webshop are on stock with a minimum of one item.
- After ordering your items, you can logon to MyPage with the credentials we have sent you to. Here, you can see the different states for your order.
- Please contact us, if you require additional information (see details below).
7. Color / size not selectable
If a certain colour of dimension is not selectable, this particular item is currently out of stock. We will do our utmost to restock these items as soon as possible.
8. Payment methods
You can pay with the following payment methods:
- iDeal
- Creditcard
- Money transfer
After order completion, you will receive a conformation email within several minutes with our bank account details.
9. Delivery
If you have placed your order before 12.00 AM, your item(s) is/are on stock and paid for, your order will be shipped within 2 business days. They will take care of the delivery.
10. Complaintes about articles purchased in another shop
It is not possible to submit a complaint about a PiP Studio article which has been purchased elsewhere.
