Terms
Applicability
These terms and conditions are applicable to all agreements you conclude with PiP studio B.V., hereinafter referred to as PiP. By placing an order, you are accepting the general terms and conditions.
Conclusion of agreement
PiP is entitled to refuse an order, stating the grounds for doing so, or to attach special conditions to the delivery. If PiP is unable to determine your residential address, the order will not be accepted. The agreement is concluded the moment PiP confirms your order per e-mail.
Prices and costs
Prices listed in the PiP Shop include 19% VAT.
Prices listed in the PiP Shop exclude shipping and administrative costs. Shipping costs, which are charged for every order, total € 4.95 within the Netherlands.
Delivery
PiP takes the utmost care when receiving orders and shipping the ordered articles. PiP sends the accepted orders as quickly as possible according to the order of arrival. Articles are usually delivered within two to five workdays after payment of your order has been received.
If articles cannot be delivered at all or on time because they are not in stock, for example, you will be notified accordingly no later than 14 days after placing your order. PiP is not liable for any damage caused in the event the specified delivery periods are exceeded.
After the third time of your order failing to be delivered by TNT post, proceeding by the customer not picking up the order within the allocated time limit at named depot/post office stated on your card, the order will be sent directly back to us. If the customer wishes the order to be resent, postage costs will apply. However, If you choose to no longer receive the order then the total amount of your order, not included the shipping/postage costs, will be refunded.
If your order is not able to be delivered at the address you gave us, it will be returned back to us.
If you wish the order to be resent to you again, you will then have to pay the additional shipping charges.
Delivery of delayed articles
Sometimes an article is not in stock or delivery to PiP is delayed. To ensure that you do not receive all articles later, PiP will send you the other articles you ordered in the meantime. The delayed article will be sent to you as soon as PiP receives it. The shipping costs for this article will not be invoiced again.
Right of withdrawal
A reflection period of seven days is applicable to your purchases. You have a right of withdrawal during this period; i.e. you have the opportunity to return the articles you received. In that case, you must contact us via the following e-mail address: support@pipstudio.com. After giving approval, we will transfer the amount to be reimbursed to a bank or Giro account within 30 days. If you decide to return the articles, the shipping costs incurred for returning these articles will be borne by you. We will, however, provide you with compensation. If you exchange the article for one that differs in colour or size, shipping costs will be charged again and will be borne by you.
If you receive a wrong article, an article containing a defect or an incorrectly delivered order, you must return the article or the order in an unused state to PiP within seven days. In such a case, PiP will pay the return costs.
It is possible to return your order within 60 days of receipt.
Returns with cash on delivery won't be accepted.

Transport guarantee
All shipments are insured by PiP. If you notice that the packaging of your parcel is damaged before opening it, contact PiP immediately via e-mail or the helpdesk. If you have already opened the package at the moment you notice any damage, send an e-mail to support@pipstudio.com and follow the instructions. PiP will replace unused, damaged articles free of charge.
Age limit
Pip studio does not accept orders from people younger than 18 who do not have the consent of their parents and/or guardians. Permission can be granted during payment via the shopping basket.
Privacy
By ordering, you are also permitting PiP at the same time to use your personal data, if required.
Your personal data are only kept insofar as doing so is necessary for achieving the objectives for which these personal data are acquired and processed by PiP. In addition to carrying out the agreement, this entails realising marketing objectives and maintaining the customer relationship with you. The personal data provided by you will not be shared with a third party for commercial purposes. You are entitled at all times to consult and correct your personal data. In accordance with the Dutch Personal Data Protection Act, PiP has notified the Dutch Data Protection Authority about the registration of personal data.
If you wish to consult your personal data, you can submit a request to the Customer Service Department of PiP via the contact page.
Claims and consumer protection
Do not hesitate to contact PiP if you are dissatisfied with our products or services. If you have a complaint about a delivered article, contact PiP within 14 days after the shortcoming became apparent or you were reasonably expected to be aware of it. PiP has an internal complaints committee, which always resolves any problems or complaints in consultation with the customer and in the best possible manner.
Payment
You can pay the amount due by means of the iDEAL payment system or major credit cards.
These means of payment are also clearly explained on the service page in the PiP Shop under the heading “Ordering & Paying”.
PiP retains the right to perform a check during a purchase. On the basis of the acquired information, PiP can offer an alternative means of payment or cancel the order. No correspondence is possible with regard to any decisions or conclusions.
All transactions that occur via the PiP Shop are encoded for your safety.
Liability
PiP does not accept any liability in relation to you for any damage, other than the damage that is covered by its liability insurance and insofar as the insurance company effects payment in such cases.
Outside of the aforementioned cases, PiP's liability is always limited to no more than the amount of the purchase price of the relevant article(s). Under no circumstances will the compensation referred to in this section amount to more than € 2,500. PiP can never be held liable for consequential damages.
Force majeure
The obligations of PiP will be suspended in a situation involving force majeure. If the period of force majeure is longer than two months, both you and PiP are entitled to annul the agreement without any obligation to pay compensation. Situations that involve force majeure are strikes, illness among personnel, disruptions in transport and import/export bans, irrespective of whether this occurs at PiP or the suppliers of PiP.
