Description
This espresso cup and saucer is part of our Berry Blues collection. The cup is decorated with a dark blue floral design with branches on which elegant fantasy flowers and berries grow. The saucer is decorated with a deep green tile pattern with red accents, reminiscent of the well-known winter checks. The edges are finished with gold accents and a surprising red and white stripe, giving the Espresso Cup and Saucer Berry Blues an extra warm and cozy look.

More sustainable

Our porcelain products are labelled as more sustainable. Is Pip Studio porcelain sustainably produced? In collaboration with our porcelain partner, New Edition, the use of single-use plastic is limited as much as possible. In addition, PVC-free or recyclable materials are used, along with FSC- and PEFC-certified cardboard and paper. What sustainability certifications apply to the porcelain? New Edition holds several certifications, including OEKO-TEX®, GOTS, GRS, OCS and RCS. How is the sustainable footprint of the porcelain improved? This is achieved through the use of solar panels, weekly waste stream checks, and the recycling of water and wasted clay. Broken porcelain items are reused wherever possible, and active efforts are made to reduce CO₂ emissions. How is the transport of Pip porcelain made more sustainable? Air transport is avoided as much as possible, with a preference for water transport, trains, and electric vehicles. At Pip Studio, we consciously work with partners who remain committed to reducing their sustainable footprint.
