Preparation time: 15 min preparing | 15 min cooking

Ingredients for 2 persons
Spaghetti aglio e olio
150 g (gluten-free) pasta
3 cloves of garlic
1/2 tsp chilli flakes
4 tbsp olive oil
2 large sprigs of fresh basil
5 sprigs of fresh flat parsley
Tomato salad
500 grams of coloured tomatoes
2 hands arugula
1/4 red onion
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
5 fresh basil leaves
5 fresh parsley leaves
Melon salad
1 galia melon
1 tbsp honey
5 fresh basil leaves
75 g feta cheese

This is how you make it
Start by making the melon salad. Peel the melon and cut it into pieces. Chop the basil finely and crumble the feta.
Mix the melon, feta, basil and honey well together and set aside until you are ready to eat.
Next, chop all the tomatoes, chop the red onion and finely chop the basil and parsley leaves.
Then spoon the olive oil and vinegar through the tomatoes, herbs and onion. Set this aside until you are ready to eat as well.
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions and save a little cooking liquid for later.
Cut the garlic cloves into small pieces and finely chop the basil and parsley leaves.
Heat 3 tbsp oil in a frying pan and fry the garlic and chilli flakes in it.
Then add the pasta, a dash of pasta water and the chopped herbs and stir well.
Turn off the heat and stir another 1 tbsp of olive oil into the pasta.
Serve everything together and enjoy!
